About Us
Over the past 25 years Kathy and Steve have owned and renovated multiple homes, apartment homes, and commercial spaces. Now they have turned their passion for buying, selling, and renovating properties from a part-time hobby into a full-time career.
An accountant with and eye for design, Kathy has over 15 years experience working for a high net worth family in Palm Beach as their staff accountant and also assisting with property management of their vast, multi-million dollar real estate holdings. With degrees in accounting and business administration, and a talent for home design, Kathy is a vital asset to the EUN Team.
With experience as a mechanical engineer in the US Navy, and then as a power plant operator in the private sector, Steve excels in systems management. An entrepreneur at heart though, Steve then left engineering behind and ventured out on his own to realize business success owning and operating a trailer dealership and retail stores. A move to Florida reawakened his love for boating; and working as a yacht broker, Steve always made customer satisfaction his highest priority. With a true passion for fabrication and making something old look new and wonderful again, Steve is the driving force behind acquisitions, construction management, and is a licensed Florida Realtor.
